I purchased a banjo strap from Thomann. The item was just as described, the packaging was fine, delivery was satisfactory. But what made a difference was Thomann's tracking system, with e-mail alerts keeping me informed of progress throughout until delivery. I have no hesitation in recommending this company based upon my experience. |

In reference to my experience with thomann I met good interactive service, quick and reliable. I Thank you for your service. The quality of your service has big value, it makes an impact: 1. your quick delivery, and emailing/notifier on the next working day after Sunday in morning, it is really nice. One the next day I could "participate" with pending order ! I ordered a keyboard on a Tuesday and it arrived the following Monday in perfect condition. All the way I was sent helpful emails and texts updating me on the progress of my order as well as a link to the courier's tracking web site. What more would you want from an online store? Excellent |

STAY AWAY unless you like ultra slow and below par service. I had heard great things about Thomann and thought it would be a good idea to buy from them. WRONG. I bought an sE reflexion filter and when it arrived I was disappointed to find it had a rough finish and was leaning forward on its stand. I sent it back. But that's where the fun started. With Musiconmypc it was no bother. They sent me a replacement product within 4 unlike Thomann who are SO SLOW at processing returns. First I had to wait over a week for a letter to arrive and then I had to arrange a delivery date with UPC then when they got it back, I had to wait another week before they decided to refund me - I had to ring them to find that out. Then it would have taken them another week to actually refund me, but I got onto them today (the 15th April) and the nice girl on the other end of the phone told me she would get one of her colleagues to process the refund directly. I was shouting with frustration when I hung up. |

AVOID THOMANN.DE Very bad/slow delivery (even goods are in the stock) No care Customer Service No follow up Nobody proviidng information on where is part of my goods yet You have to sent them copy of your credit card (yes, seems their payment system is not secure or good enough) Christmas present for my kid arrived Jan 5th (tere are still some missing parts) |

I just bought a pair of speaker stands from Thomann. When they arrived they were rusty! I sent them back and they have refunded me agreeing they are sub-standard, but minus my original shipping saying that their terms and conditions do not cover that! I would therefore not buy from Thomann as they have just robbed me of 10 euros due to their awful stock. Why should I pay for their mistake - simply, I should not! You could end up in the same sitation as me. Say you had bought a keyboard and it arrived damaged by the courier and you sent it back for a refund - Thomann would not refund you your shipping fee's! No company I have ever dealt with would do this, and I will therefore never buy from or recommend them again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! |

Thomann are an exellent online store. I've acquired various products from them over the last four years on a regular basis. One time they even sent me a sms on to my mobile in ireland when my item was being shipped. When i have any quierys, they always get back to me within in a short period via e-mail. I can only recommend them. Sorry for those who had bad experiences, never had any myself! |

bought guitar, amp and accessories about 1 year ago. they all came on time and in perfect condition. i could name at least 3 other friends who did the same and are happy. i'm planning my next purchase in the next few weeks. wrote this review since most happy clients don't bother telling anyone, but if one has a problem, everyone will hear about it. |

...and still waiting. Great deals and vast selection, but as usual you get what you pay for. Email communication sluggish. Short uninformative replies that might just as well be automated. Delivery to a different address cannot be paid by credit card, but that is a well-kept secret. A day or so after ordering and payment, I got an email instructing me to re-enter the now deleted order myself and prepay, delaying the process yet another few days. Product availability info is unreliable. No info whatsoever on order progress, delivery estimates or the fact that shipment was on hold awaiting delivery of missing items displayed as in stock at the time of ordering. An angry phone call after another few days of silence finally made them drop items not in stock and ship the rest immediately. I am thoroughly disappointed and upset as I now need make last-minute purchases of inadequate or expensive equipment in order to manage my show's tech rehearsal. |

buyer beware / avoid - this is a pretty poor & dishonest outfit - the customer support is atrocious / non existent - they messed up my order and were unprepared to do anything about it. they do not respond to emails, and it costs to return goods back to germany. worst of all the price quoted on the website in pounds is not what they charge for the goods, it is dependent on the exchange rate they chose to use, which i feel is blatant deception as they do not tell you this, best avoided - shop uk! |
